We stayed at a centrally located hotel in Augsburg, which made it very convenient to explore the city. The reception staff greeted us warmly in English and provided us with a guide to Augsburg. The room was modern and comfortable with a nice view. The breakfast was well presented and enjoyable, offering a wide variety of choices. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and spoke good English.

The layout of the room was kind of strange, I think it was designed for privacy, but it wasted space. They tried the exchange scam on the credit card, too, but I was pre-warned to pay in the local currency. This seems to be common, you can't blame them for trying.

The hotel staff is really helpful and the hotel location is perfect for sight seeing around. All the major sight seeing locations are within 15 min walk from the hotel.

Perfect location! 🌟 This place is so conveniently situated just next to the food market and pedestrian zone. Plus, you have easy access to tram stops nearby.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, but everything was perfect. The public parking was on-site, good service. The location was central, marvellous close to train station. An in-house restaurant for dinner was an advantage. Was a lovely base for xmas.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its excellent location just off the mall in the city center. You'll find yourself within walking distance of landmarks such as the City Hall, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The rooms, although mostly with carpets, are clean and comfortable, offering a basic refrigerator for your convenience. And let's not forget the breakfast! With a wide variety of hot and cold options, including made-to-order omelettes, it's a delicious start to the day and is included in the rate.
